This policy applies to the website macmedia.com.vn and to MAC Media CRM (crm.macmedia.com.vn), the internal application of MAC MEDIA COMPANY LIMITED (tax code 0312420666, 80 Dinh Bo Linh Street, Binh Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam) — “MAC Media”, “we”.
Information we access
- Google user data (Google Ads API): when an authorised MAC Media staff member connects a Google account through Google's consent screen (scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords), MAC Media CRM reads advertising performance data of the Google Ads accounts managed by MAC Media — account names, campaign names, cost, impressions, clicks, conversions and report breakdowns (device, network, age, gender, location, ad format, placement, keyword). We also store the email address of the connected Google account and an encrypted OAuth refresh token. We do not access Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data through this connection.
- Other advertising platforms: read-only performance data from Meta, TikTok and Zalo ad accounts connected by authorised staff.
- Technical data: server access logs (IP address, time, browser) for operating and securing the system.
How we use it
- To show advertising performance dashboards to MAC Media employees and to prepare reports for the client who owns the advertising account.
- The app only reads data; it never creates, modifies or deletes campaigns, ads, budgets or audiences.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising, to build user profiles or audiences, or to train generalised AI / machine-learning models.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share Google user data with third parties. Data is used only inside MAC Media and in reports delivered to the client concerned, unless disclosure is required by law.
Storage, security and retention
Data is stored on servers controlled by MAC Media and transferred over HTTPS. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and used only server-side. Access to the app requires an individual company account and is limited by role. We keep advertising data only as long as needed for reporting (normally up to about 500 days of daily metrics) or as required by law.
Your choices and data deletion
You can revoke MAC Media CRM's access at any time at Google Account › Third-party apps, or ask us to delete data related to you by emailing [email protected] (subject “Data deletion request”). We respond within 30 days.
Google API Services User Data Policy
MAC Media CRM's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

MAC Media ("chúng tôi") tôn trọng quyền riêng tư của khách hàng, đối tác và người truy cập. Chính sách này giải thích ngắn gọn những dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập qua website macmedia.com.vn và hệ thống quản lý nội bộ crm.macmedia.com.vn, cách chúng tôi sử dụng và bảo vệ dữ liệu đó.
1. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập
- Thông tin bạn chủ động gửi: email hoặc nội dung bạn gửi cho chúng tôi (ví dụ khi đăng ký nhận thông báo — việc này mở thư soạn sẵn gửi tới [email protected], website không tự lưu email của bạn).
- Dữ liệu quảng cáo của khách hàng: khi khách hàng hoặc nhân sự được uỷ quyền kết nối tài khoản quảng cáo (Meta / Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) với hệ thống nội bộ của chúng tôi, chúng tôi chỉ đọc số liệu hiệu quả quảng cáo (chi tiêu, lượt hiển thị, lượt nhấp, kết quả / chuyển đổi, tên chiến dịch) để lập báo cáo. Chúng tôi không tạo, sửa hay xoá quảng cáo, không đọc tin nhắn, danh sách bạn bè hay dữ liệu cá nhân của người xem quảng cáo.
- Dữ liệu kỹ thuật tối thiểu: nhật ký truy cập máy chủ (địa chỉ IP, thời gian, trình duyệt) để vận hành và bảo vệ hệ thống. Website không dùng cookie quảng cáo hay công cụ theo dõi của bên thứ ba.
2. Mục đích sử dụng
- Trả lời liên hệ và cung cấp dịch vụ truyền thông cho khách hàng.
- Lập báo cáo hiệu quả chiến dịch quảng cáo cho chính khách hàng sở hữu tài khoản đó.
- Vận hành, bảo mật và cải thiện hệ thống nội bộ.
3. Chia sẻ dữ liệu
Chúng tôi không bán, không cho thuê dữ liệu cho bất kỳ ai. Dữ liệu quảng cáo chỉ dùng trong nội bộ MAC Media và báo cáo gửi cho đúng khách hàng liên quan, trừ khi pháp luật yêu cầu cung cấp cho cơ quan có thẩm quyền.
4. Lưu trữ và bảo mật
Dữ liệu được lưu trên máy chủ do MAC Media quản lý, truy cập qua kết nối mã hoá (HTTPS). Mã truy cập (token) kết nối tài khoản quảng cáo được mã hoá khi lưu và chỉ nhân sự được phân quyền mới thao tác được. Chúng tôi chỉ giữ dữ liệu trong thời gian cần cho mục đích nêu trên hoặc theo yêu cầu của pháp luật.
5. Quyền của bạn và yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu
Bạn có thể yêu cầu xem, sửa hoặc xoá dữ liệu liên quan đến bạn, hoặc ngắt kết nối tài khoản quảng cáo đã cấp cho chúng tôi, bằng cách:
- Gửi email tới [email protected] với tiêu đề "Yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu", nêu tài khoản hoặc email liên quan. Chúng tôi xử lý trong vòng 30 ngày.
- Hoặc tự gỡ quyền của ứng dụng trong phần cài đặt tài khoản Facebook (Cài đặt › Ứng dụng và trang web), Google (Bảo mật › Ứng dụng bên thứ ba) hoặc TikTok for Business.
6. Thay đổi chính sách
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách này khi dịch vụ thay đổi; ngày cập nhật ghi ở đầu trang.
