Purpose of MAC Media CRM

MAC Media CRM helps the MAC Media team report the performance of the advertising campaigns we manage for our clients. Instead of copying numbers by hand from each ad platform every week, the app reads the campaign results (cost, impressions, clicks, conversions) from the Google Ads accounts under our manager account and shows them in internal dashboards and weekly / monthly reports for each client project.

MAC Media CRM is the internal business management system of MAC Media, a digital marketing agency in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Our employees use it to manage client projects, contracts, payments, work schedules and to report the performance of the advertising campaigns we run for our clients.

What the app does

• Project & client management: client directory, projects, campaigns, timelines and internal workflow.
• Advertising reports (Ads Manager): one dashboard per client project that shows daily spend, impressions, clicks and conversions from the ad platforms the project uses (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Zalo) and Google Analytics.
• Campaign reports: weekly and monthly performance reports reviewed by our media team and shared with the client who owns the account.

How the app uses Google data

• A media team lead connects the company Google account that manages our Google Ads manager (MCC) account through Google's standard consent screen (scope Google Ads API — https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords).
• The app only reads reporting data (cost, impressions, clicks, conversions and report breakdowns) of the client accounts we manage. It never creates, edits or deletes campaigns, ads, budgets or any other entity.
• Data is stored on MAC Media's own server, access tokens are encrypted, and only authorised MAC Media employees can view the reports. Data is never sold or shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy.

Who can use it

Only MAC Media employees with a company account. The app is not offered to the public; clients receive reports prepared by our team.
